Dying Eggs and Icing Cookies

After the Egg Hunt we came home and dyed eggs and iced cookies that I made this morning.  Helping the girls dye eggs is one of my favorite Easter traditions that we have.

Highland Egg Hunt

Today was Highland's annual Easter Egg Hunt. This was our first egg hunt at our new building and we had a great turn out. It was a wonderful day for an egg hunt.

My New Embroidery Machine

Earlier this week I bought a Brother 780D embroidery machine from a friend who lives in Nashville.  She is a great seamstress and makes some beautiful items.  She was selling one of her embroidery machines and contacted me to see if I wanted to buy her machine.  After a week of lobbying Raymond and giving some convincing arguments he agreed to let me buy it.  So Friday she brought the machine to me and gave me a 2 hour lesson on how to use the machine and the software.  I am so excited to have this machine.  I have wanted one for a long time. 

 
I made the basket on my sewing machine and added the girls names under the basket with my new machine. 

Baton

Allie is still taking baton/twirling lessons.  She really enjoys the social part of it.  Now that she have her Champions Baton Jacket and T-shirt she is really into it.

 
 
 

MOMC Spring Fling

Saturday was the Mothers of Multiples Club's annual Spring Fling.  The girls always enjoy the balloon guy.

Kindergarten Program

Tuesday morning the girls had their kindergarten program.  It was so cute, I was suggest a proud mom!

Allie's class did the ABC Blues and Abby's class did the Rules Rap.
